Joseph H. Andryscik

Joseph H. Andryscik, age 83 of Eastlake, OH peacefully passed away August 9th, 2026 at Falling Water Health Care Center. He was born February 7th, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to the late Joseph and Sophie Andryscik.

Joe’s career included being a manager at Higbee’s and many other Cleveland department stores, real estate agent, owner/manager of a windshield repair business, and finally as  manager of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church prior to his retirement.

Joe was a eucharistic minister and volunteer at St. Justin Martyr Church in Eastlake .  He assisted the Boy Scouts, was a notary, and a former Eastlake City council Board member.

Joe enjoyed garage sales, fishing, feeding birds, cooking soup, and  being a handyman. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching them play sports.

Joe was the loving husband of Helen Andryscik (nee Zielachowski) for 61 years; beloved father of Matthew (Molly) Andryscik, Monica (Richard) Piendzik, and the late Mark Andryscik; dearest grandfather of Kyle (Samantha – fiancée) Andryscik, Kayla (Josh – fiancé) Andryscik, Paige, Samantha, Ashley and Richie Piendzik.

The Andryscik family will receive friends from 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM Friday, August 14th, 2026 at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Painesville.
