Dolores S. Heim (nee Stachurski), age 92 of Kirtland, peacefully passed away October 13th, 2026 at Reserve Care in Cleveland. She was born June 30th, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Robert and Mary Stachurski.
Dolores enjoyed watching wildlife such as Hummingbirds, pileated woodpecker, and wild turkeys. She loved baking desserts, hosting get togethers, going to church and being social.
Dolores was the loving wife of 66 years to the late Leonard Heim; beloved mother of Leonores (Scott) Hoffacker, and Leonard (Donna) Heim; dearest grandmother of Stephen (Rebecca) Hoffacker, Laura (Thomas) Fredericks, Amanda Heim, and Leonard Heim; great grandmother of Annabelle, Emmett, and Esther; sister of the late Richard Stark.
The Heim family will receive family and friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Friday, October 16th, 2026 at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, 9650 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Mentor. The Panikhida (Memorial Service) will be held at 6:00 PM Friday at the church. A Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday, October 17th, 2026 at the church. Burial will follow at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
