  5. Helen was my sister and so much more. She was always warm and generous and we shared many good times together. She had a wonderful laugh and beautiful smile. She enjoyed many travel adventures with me and Bob and certainly never thought she would do the camel ride in Lanzarote! While her passing makes me sad, the memories of her will always make me smile. Rest peacefully dear sister. Love is not a big enough word to express my feelings for you.

  6. Helen (sometimes Helyn) was my sister-in-law, and also so much more. We shared the same birthday (hers in 1948 – mine in 1950). We shared the love of books and constant reading. We shared the love of live theater and videos on YouTube. We watched the Tampa Super Bowl together over Google Meet – us in Tampa – Helen in Eastlake. We played Yahtzee and Qwixx over Google Meet whenever we had a chance. Thanks for all the great memories. We will miss our daily talks on the phone and our unbreakable bond.

Helyn, My sweet Sister-In-Love, has left this earth to be with her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, her Savior. Family members and friends would have met her with open arms, dancing and praising God. God is a Covenant keeping God. May God give peace, that passes all understanding, to family and friends of Helyn. We share memories of her life and the love of God she showed to each of us. I will carry in my heart, the love Helyn gave, her smile, her laugh, her travels, her love for family and friends and her strength. I am thankful for Helyn, my Sister-In-Love. We will be together again for an eternity!
Helyn, Truly a life gift to us on earth and an eternal life with God and Jesus her Savior, Amen

  9. I am truly sorry for your loss of your mother. Your mother was a wonderful person. I’m really gonna miss her and us going out to breakfast. Together and just talking about different things. And if I ever had a problem, she always helped me with it, especially at work. She was a kind, loving person. I’m gonna really miss her Amen.

  10. I can’t find the words to express the sadness that I’m feeling over the loss of Helyn. Her legacy of love and kindness toward her family and friends inspired me to be more like her. She was a wonderful human being and more like a sister than a sister-in-law to me. I hold close to my heart memories of the times we spent together and will cherish them forever. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

All of these remembrances are a testament to the amazing woman she was. She was one of the first to make my wife and I welcome at the Eagles, kind and funny she epitomizes what being an Eagle is supposed to mean. We both liked her very much and will miss her presence. To the family my condolences…words alone cannot express our remorse.
