David H. Molenaar, age 63 of Concord, passed away peacefully February 3, 2022. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 11,1958 to Harry and Elizabeth Molenaar.

Dave retired from Coe Manufacturing and had many successful business ventures. He was a member of the Lake County Rod and Gun Club. He was a proud and loving father, grandfather and son. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and truly enjoyed traveling.

Dave was the loving husband of the late Cheryl A. Molenaar; dearest father of LeighAnn Molenaar, Mark C. Molenaar and Megan Schmid (Michael) Lewis; cherished grandfather of Cecilia, Lillian, Levi, and Molly; beloved son of Elizabeth “Betty” Molenaar and the late Harry H. Molenaar; brother of Diane(Vince) Duff; uncle of Meghan (Jon) Kestner, Matthew Duff and Aaron Duff; nephew of the late Andrew Molenaar; best friend of Michael Killen. And many more family members.

The Molenaar family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday, February 10th, 2022 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Celebration of Dave’s life will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
