James “Elroy” Foster, age 65 of Willowick, passed away September 29th, 2025 at Mentor Hills Post Acute. He was born August 23rd, 1960 in Endicott, NY to the late George and Sally (Francis Bousquet) Foster.
Elroy was a general manager at ROCO Industries for the past 38 years. He was a proud member of the NRA. He was a car enthusiast who was always working on fixing up a car. He loved animals, especially cats.
Elroy was the loving brother of Sharon (Larry) Cadman, Diane (William) Lonsway, Brian (Susan) Foster, Tracy (Gary) Ellison and the late Stephen Foster; step brother of James (Laura) Bousquet, Joseph Bousquet and many dear step siblings; nephew of Scarlett McMahon; closest friend of Ron Mahoney; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
The Foster family will receive family and friends from 10:00 – 10:30 AM Monday, October 6th, 2025 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Mentor Cemetery.
