Joseph “Ray” Lesniok Jr., age 72 of Mentor, formerly of Eastlake, passed away April 14th, 2025 at Brookdale Mentor Assisted Living with the love of his life by his side. He was born October 21st, 1952 in Uniontown, PA to the late Ray Sr. and Dolores Lesniok.
Ray started his working career as a sole-proprieter/ laborer for Village Management over 12 years. He also worked as a machinist at General Electric, DAI and Kennedy Group.
Ray was a proud member of the Cleveland Airforce Association and Eastlake Blockwatch. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Ray is survived by the love of his life, Jan Lesniok, for 50+ years; dearest father of J.R. (Krista) Lesniok and Lisa (Sean) St.Hilaire; beloved grandfather of Carter and Stella Lesniok, Emma and Olivia St.Hilaire; brother of Darla Mathews and Mark Lesniok.
The Lesniok family will receive family and friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Thursday, April 24th, 2025 at St. Gabriel Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Concord. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 24th at the church. Burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery.
