Ken Colosi, age 66 of Mentor, passed away November 30th, 2025 at The Cleveland Clinic with his family by his side. He was born October 16th, 1959 in Painesville, Ohio to the late Anthony and Louise Colosi.
Ken was an engineer and worked for Kodak and retired in 2021 from Steris in Mentor.
Ken graduated from The Ohio State University and was a huge buckeyes football fan. He was also a avid Cleveland Indians fan. He enjoyed going to outdoor music concerts, traveling with his wife and spending time with his family and friends.
Ken was the loving husband to Sue Blankschaen; beloved father of Nick (Colleen) Colosi, Alex (Lauren) Colosi, and Gina Colosi; other loving family Carl (Laura) Blankschaen, Kurt (Bobby) Blankschaen, and Jerry Blankschaen; brother of Barbara (Tony) Colosi and Karen (Doug-deceased) Crock; uncle of Katie Bateman and Rachael (Ron) Bledsoe.
The Colosi family will receive family and friends from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday, December 7th, 2025 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
