Nancy North Foreman (nee Hunter)

Nancy North Foreman (nee Hunter), age 84 of Euclid, Ohio, passed away February 22nd, 2022. She was
born February 12th, 1938 in Akron, OH to the late Willson and Wilma Hunter.

Nancy is the loving wife of the late William Blaine Foreman; beloved mother of Laurie A. Foreman,
Kathleen G. (Ron) Eliason, W. Scott (Eileen) Foreman and James B. Foreman; dearest grandmother of
Erica, Matthew (Joy – fiancée), Kevin, Brian and David Eliason; Scott (Erika), Daniel (Megan), Michael
(Clare), Erin and Claire Foreman; and Mekenzie Foreman; great grandmother of Lucy, Easton,
Madison, Maeve and Finn; sister of Carole Polansky and the late Melanie Hunter-Olm; aunt of many.

Nancy graduated from Lakewood High School and attended Ohio University. After the birth of her
fourth child, she became the Executive Manager of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce for 27 years and
was active in both the Euclid Little Theatre and Euclid Women’s Ensemble for over 20 years. She was
very active in the Boulevard Presbyterian Church in Euclid as a Ruling Elder and directed the Junior
Choir and sang in the Adult Choir. When the church closed Nancy returned to Old Stone Church in
downtown Cleveland, where she had become a member as a teenager, got married, was on the First
Presbyterian Society (FPS) Board, and will now be interred there. Also important in her life was the
love of watching Ohio sports teams and traveling around the World to over 75 countries. The most
important thing in her life though was spending time with her ever-growing family.

Please join the Foreman family on Saturday, March 12th, 2022 at 91 Public Square, Old Stone Church,
in Cleveland OH. Family members will greet guests from 11:30 to Noon while special music plays. The
Celebration of Life Service will begin at Noon. Then per Nancy’s request, we will have a High Tea in
the Memorial Hall to share some tears and laughs following the service.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland OH 44106.
