Ron Wells, age 77 of Concord Twp. and formerly of Eastlake, passed away September 17th, 2024 with his wife by his side. He was born March 3rd, 1947 in Cleveland to the late Raymond & Gretchen Wells.
Ron was U.S. Army Veteran who served in Vietnam in the 1st Air Calvary.
Ron retired from Metal Seals as a Quality Control Engineer after 30 years of service. He was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan, loved fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
Ron was the loving husband for 55 years to Marilyn Wells (nee Maslanka); beloved father of Laura (Eddie) Pekarcik and Tiffany (Mike) Bilinski; dear grandfather of Melanie Pekarcik, Sam (Cara) Pekarcik, Logan & Olivia Bilinski; dear great grandfather of Haven, Harlyn, Mya and Layla; loving brother Jeff (Donna) Wells and Scott Wells; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
The Wells family will receive family and friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
