Tammy Jo “Tiny” Cohen (Homway), age 73 of Tucson, Arizona, formerly of Eastlake, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Friday, August 28th, 2026. She was born June 14th, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Dennis Hasson and Martha Conley.
Tammy graduated from Mentor High School in 1971. She moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2001. She loved and cherished her family. She was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and a member of the Tucson Browns Backers.
Tammy was the beloved mother of Nicole (Anthony) Giangiacomo, and Frank (Danielle) Homway; cherished grandmother of Samantha (Alex), Sara (Kiante), Racquel (Nick), Trent, Anthony, Corey and the late Alyssa; great grandmother of Carter, Charlie, Isabella, and Cash; sister of Sherry Hasson (Ernie) and the late Pat, Debbie, Frank, Danny, and Kevin; aunt to many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog ”Lily” who she loved so much.
The family will receive friends and family for a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 11th, 2026 at Lakeshore Assembly of God Church, 8880 Lakeshore Blvd., Mentor OH.
