Colleen J. Lloyd

9/10/1964 - 3/23/2025

Colleen J. Lloyd, a loving and tenacious mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 23rd, 2025 at LakeWest Medical Center in Willoughby, Ohio at the age 60.

She was born on September 10th, 1964 in Euclid, Ohio to the late William and Patricia Lloyd. Having been the only daughter of their 7 children, she learned early on how to voice her opinion and stand up for what she believed was important.

Colleen’s large family was very important to her.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and had a close relationship with her eldest grandson, Ethan. Additionally, after the passing of her mother in 2011, she selflessly dedicated her life to being her father’s caretaker.

Colleen liked to learn and earned both an Accounting and Paralegal degree. She was very proud of her Irish heritage and collected many four-leaf clover mementos over the years. She was also an avid collector of dolls and angels.

Colleen is survived by her two daughters: Jasmine Perry (Jaime Arnold) and Kayla Perry (Gene Carlone); her grandchildren: Ethan Knox (Alyson Netzband), Mason Klima, Brynlee Huffman, Aryana Carlone, Devin Klima, and Athena Carlone; her brothers: Chris Lloyd, Brian (Joleen) Lloyd, Tom (Maria) Lloyd; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: William Lloyd and Patricia (Frazier) Lloyd; her brothers: Billy Lloyd, Bobby Lloyd, and Jimmy Lloyd and nephew Bailey Lloyd.

The family will receive family and friends from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Monday, March 31st, 2025 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 at the funeral home. Burial at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Colleen’s name to the Histiocytosis Association www.histio.org
