Lauren Elizabeth Riddle

1/11/2000 - 1/25/2026

Lauren Elizabeth Riddle, beloved daughter of Joseph and Dorothea Riddle, age 26 of Willoughby, passed away unexpectedly January 25th, 2026 at the Cleveland Clinic with her parents by her side. She was born January 11th, 2000 at Hillcrest Hospital.

Lauren was a charismatic young woman with a personality that affected everyone she met!  She had a beautiful smile that everyone gravitated towards. Her sense of humor was one of a kind.  Everyone who met her always laughed at some point. She loved all animals, big and small.  She enjoyed crafting, going for walks, and simply spending time with family and friends. Everywhere she went she left a little sparkle!  She lived her life to the fullest, some of her favorite things were traveling, going to theme parks, zoos, museums, botanical gardens, and beaches. Lauren worked hard at everything she did. She loved new adventures and would try anything from rollercoasters to escargot!  She was truly one of the kindest, sweetest, and endlessly caring persons anyone has ever known. Lauren will be greatly missed by all who knew her!

Lauren was the loving daughter of Joseph and Dorothea Riddle (nee Hainzey); dearest girlfriend and best friend of Sam Jackson; beloved granddaughter of Elva and Chuck Hainzey, and the late Bertha and William Riddle; cherished niece of Bill Riddle, Deanna Franco, Matthew Hainzey, Vandana Bednarski, and the late Morgan Hainzey; cousin to many and the late Billy Riddle.

The Riddle family will receive family and friends from 3:00 -8:00 PM Friday, January 30th, 2026 at The Abbey, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby (on the grounds of McMahon Coyne Vitantonio Funeral Home). A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 31st, 2026 at Calvary Assembly of God, 28870 Chardon Rd., Willoughby Hills.
