Nancy A. Greene (nee Hegler), age 85 of Willoughby, passed away November 3rd, 2022 at home with her daughters by her side. She was born on July 30th, 1937 in Cleveland to the late Joseph and Faye Hegler.

Nancy loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She really enjoyed going to the casino.

Nancy is the loving mother of Sharon Wehagen and Colleen (Bill-deceased) Rechnitzer; beloved grandmother of Daniel Wehagen, Brian (Meaghan) Wehagen, Fallon (Kyle) Kraxberger and Scott Taylor; great grandmother of Maddy, Marley, Juniper and Zen; cherished sister of Josephine “Joey” Hegler.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-5:00 PM Sunday, November 13th, 2022 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Celebration of Life Service at 4:30 PM at the funeral home.

    Our sincerest condolences on the loss of our dearest Nancy. Our hearts are saddened. Nancy was loved by many, she had one of the kindest souls and gave so much of herself to others. We will miss her terribly.

  3. My sincerest condolences to you Colleen and your entire family. Your Mom Nancy was an amazing women. Kind, Caring, Beautiful and always had a smile when I saw her. I will hold a memory of her close to my heart. May she rest in peace and may you know her spirit is always with you .

  4. I’ve known Nancy for over 40 years. She was incredibly kind, helpful & generous, not to mention a great cook!! She became part of “The Birthday Bunch ” ( all of us worked at Donray Co. for years) about 30 years ago.
    It was a pleasure, even a gift to get together with her & the rest of “The Bunch”. We will miss you Nancy..

  6. God bless you my friend. You always brought food to my store to give to others and always a smile on you sweet face. I know you were tired so now you are resting in heaven. Iam sorry I didn’t know of this but you were deeply loved! I hope you hit the jackpot payout in heaven!
