Victoria “Vicky” Raider (nee DelCarpini)

12/24/1932 - 2/14/2025

Victoria “Vicky” Raider (nee DelCarpini), age 92 of Eastlake, passed away peacefully on February 14th, 2025.  She was born December 24th 1932, a dear daughter of the late Dominic ‘Tubby’ and Alice (nee Degnovivo) DelCarpini. 

Vicky lived in Eastlake for over 60 years and a snowbird for over 30 years, she was a friend to many.  Known for her smile and friendly nature, Vicky wanted to be of service whether it be running errands for the homebound, taking care of the sick, volunteering or being a compassionate friend.  She daily practiced her deep Catholic faith and devotion to God.

Vicky was the loving wife of the late Rolland “Ron” Raider; beloved mother of Dominic Raider, Debbie (Bob Leveno) Raider & Rick (Heather Litras) Raider; dearest grandmother of Christopher (Kayla) Raider, Tiffany (Paul) Barksdale and the late Jeffrey Raider; great grandmother of eight; cherished sister of Joanna Sakacs and the late Angie Saranita and Carmela DelCarpini; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private. Private Interment at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio.

  1. So sorry to hear of Vicky passing. We were good friends for many years. Had lots of fun together camping. She is back with Ron now and smiling down on you.
