Arthur Lee Healan, age 74 of Mentor, passed away August 21st, 2024 at Hospice of the Western Reserve surrounded by his family. He was born December 28th, 1949 in Painesville, OH to the late Bettie Healan Griffin.
Art was a former draftsman and technical staffing business owner.
Art was an Army National Guard of Ohio Veteran. He was a friend of Bill W. and his home group was Mentor Thursday. He loved his family and friends. He found meaning in helping others. Art loved dogs, motorcycles, rock music, and sunny days.
Art was the loving father of Jennifer (Ron) Vilcheck, Joshua (Renee) Healan, Theresa (Scott) McCluskey and Jessica (Steve) Cuneo; dearest grandfather of Hallie Sonday, Lilly, Justin and Kelly Healan, Owen, Kate, Westin and Leah McCluskey, Steven and Payton Cuneo; brother of Reba (Dennis) Dannen, Becky (Harry-deceased) Burr and Robert (Karen) Griffin; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
The Healan family will invite family and friends from 9:00 – 10:30 AM Saturday, August 31st, 2024 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home.

I will remember Art in many ways. We shared our love for Kevin. Whenever I think of Rolling Stones of course he comes to mind. And we shared our yearly disappointment of the Browns. He has one last message for them that you’ll see.
