Charlie Shawn Jackson, age 72 of Mentor, formerly of Manchester, Michigan passed away September 13th, 2026 at Select Specialty Hospital in Cleveland. He was born January 13th, 1954 in Bellefontaine, OH to the late Paul and Georgia Jackson.
Charlie worked as a computer hardware engineer for over 30 years before becoming a farmer for the past 15 years.
Charlie was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the DAV, and a former Scout Master for the Boy Scouts. He enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family and dogs.
Charlie was the loving husband of Laura Milliff, and the late Judy Ann Jackson; dearest father of Shawn Jackson; brother of Ed, Francis, Sarah Williams, Erma Davis, Bill, Betsy Johnson, Samantha Jackson, and the late Rachel, Joe, Amy, and George Jackson; uncle to many nieces and nephews; and loving dogs Shilo, Nikki, Sage, Bailey, and Madison.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
