Cheryl Lynn Liebhardt (nee Simmonds), age 69 of Euclid, passed away December 9, 2018 at Hospice of The Western Reserve. She was born October 4, 1949 in Cleveland to the late Rita and Charles Simmonds.
Cheryl retired from The Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Mentor after 23 years of service.
She is the loving mother of Brian (Melissa) Liebhardt, Glenn (Wendy) Liebhardt and Michelle (Jeremy) Crosbie; devoted grandmother of Madelyn, Kaitlyn, Evelyn, Aidan, Analise, Emma and Kaitlyn; dearest sister of Sharon Gardner-Simmonds, Martha Prankas (Gordon) Brom, Sandra Simmonds-McCallion; beloved aunt and friend of many.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday, December 16, 2018 at McMahon Coyne Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center Street, Mentor.
Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM Monday, December 17, 2018 at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor. Burial at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Services.

I have many fond memories of Cheryl. She loved to make us laugh and her laughter was infectious. Truly a beautiful lady. She will always be in my memories and loved by all that new her
