Dr. James Ward Moyer passed away in Mentor, Ohio on October 29th, 2023.

Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1944 to the late Jane and Ward Moyer, Jim was an honors graduate of Cooperstown Central High School, a cum laude graduate of the University of Rochester and earned his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.  He retired from General Electric as an engineering manager after 33 years of service.
