Jim was more than a manager; he was a great soul and friend. Progressive was the funnel that brought us together, and I’m so lucky to have had the opportunity to cross paths with him and know him. I will be reflecting on his impact, which I know was amplified through the love and connections he shared with his family. Please know that the Kasberg family is deeply in my thoughts.
Jim was so much more than a manager to me — he was a mentor, a friend, and someone I truly looked up to. He was an incredible human being with a wonderful sense of humor, and he touched so many lives just by being himself. I feel truly blessed to have known him. He will be deeply missed and always remembered. Our thoughts are with Dianne and the Kasberg family in this difficult time.
Jim, I cannot tell you enough how highly Brad, Casey and I thought of you. You were a kind soul who loved his family and loved nature. We are blessed to have known you. Thank you so much for taking care of my cousin Dianne. You and Dianne were a team in every aspect in life. We know you are in heaven with no pain and being with your family who has passed before. Our thoughts and prayers are with Dianne, Kristen, Brandon and the Kasburg family in this difficult time. Going to miss you, my friend. May God Bless & Keep You. We love you.
