James Paul Reese of Willowick, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 27, 2020, at age 77. Paul had a big heart and a big smile. He loved others and was passionate about helping the addicted and broken-hearted. He loved to tell people about his faith and about Jesus. He was a Deacon at Community of the Holy Spirit Church in Willoughby for 30 years and was active in Celebrate Recovery. Paul was a proud veteran of the US Navy Seabees and served in Vietnam. Paul had requested that his body be donated for The Cleveland Clinic, to help train medical students.

Paul is the loving husband of Margaret Reese (nee Palmstrom); father of Sean and Josh Reese; grandfather of four; son of the late Henry and Elizabeth (nee Bittle) Reese; brother of Patricia Melchior, Jack Reese and the late Mike Reese; uncle of many.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Prison Fellowship Angel Tree, or to the Salvation Army.

An online Celebration of Life is planned for Dec 12, 2020, at 2 pm. Please visit https://www.youtube.com/user/chswilloughby1 to participate in the service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Services.
