Jere G. Clamp, age 95 of Painesville Twp., passed away November 30th, 2024 at Grand River Health and Rehabilitation. He was born May 16th, 1929 in Carlinville, IL to the late Fred and Virginia Clamp.
Jere was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict, member of the Free Mason, Elk’s and Moose Lodge.
Jere started and ended his working career as a farmer. In between being a farmer, he was a traveling salesman.
Jere was the loving husband of 57 years to the late Veral Clamp; dearest father of Charles (Beth-deceased), Robert (Becky), Edwin and William (Karen) Clamp Sr.; beloved grandfather of Joseph, Emily, Sarah, Mitchell, Michael, William Jr., Tyler and Trevor.
Per Jere’s wishes, there will be no services.
