  8. My neighbor, friend, and favorite Longos dinner partner and floating out in the water behind the boats cooling off buddy. You were my go-to guy for “how to” questions google couldn’t answer for me. You said the things I was thinking of so often, I thought we were long lost brothers. I’m so lucky that fate brought us together as neighbors and friends. I miss you John!

  9. Amy & Family,

My prayers go out to all of you. John was a unique guy in a thousand ways. He touched our family like no other and will miss and cherish the memories we have of him. I have been blessed knowing John for the years we had together.

I remember dropping off the masks I made for you “three” during Covid. I did a little dance for your Ring doorbell when you weren’t home. John called me later and said he just put it in and he laughed when he saw me, I was the first one to be seen on the camera!

God’s blessing to all ~ Lovingly, Diane Hirko

Amy and family. We just heard of John’s passing and are so very sorry! We’ve considered John a friend since the first day we met. I was so happy when he bought the marina. He was so much like my husband and brother. I can honestly say I know how much you are hurting right now. You are in our prayers and thoughts. God Bless ❤️
