Karen McKeon, age 79, passed away August 9th, 2023. She was born January 17th, 1944 in Cleveland to the late Russell and Rose McKeon.
Karen was a graduate of North High School, a lifelong resident of the city of Willowick, an animal lover (especially cats!) and a good friend to those that knew her. She was full of life, always up for a party, loved UFC, rock and roll, shopping, and tooling around in her Jeep Wrangler. Her smile was contagious! Once she retired, she continued to work as a childcare provider and part time aesthetician. Most recently she worked as a bus aide for physically and emotionally challenged kids. Karen never married, but experienced true love with her longtime boyfriend, the late Bill O’Connor. Karen will be missed dearly.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, August 25th, 2023 at Ss. Robert and William Church, 367 East 260th Street, Euclid. Burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville OH.
