Kathie J. Touschner (nee Phillips), age 76 of Wickliffe, passed away August 27th, 2023 at Hillcrest Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born September 8th, 1946 in Elkins, WV to the late Arlie and Ruth Phillips.
Kathie graduated from Eastlake North High School. She was a manager at various stores in the Lake County area and was a devoted worker at Chefs For Hire. She loved playing softball all of her life and was an avid gardener.
Kathie was the loving wife for 55 years to Bill Touschner; beloved mother of Philip Touschner, Craig (Sandy) Touschner, Keith Touschner and Karen Barnes; dearest grandmother of Zachary and Noah Touschner, Justin and Julia Barnes; twin sister of Karen (Roger) Galbraith and sister of Arthur (Judy) Phillips; sister in law of Carol (Jack) Young, Anthony (Linda) Touschner, Mary (Bill) Kratz, Alice Stevens, Margie (Robert) Doles and Greg (Janet) Touschner; aunt of many.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 5:00 PM Saturday, September 9th, 2023 at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon Coyne Vitantonio Funeral Home). A memorial service will follow at 5:00 PM at The Abbey of Willoughby.
