Kathleen Biro (nee Pasek), age 66 of Mentor, passed away August 16th, 2019 at Hospice of The Western Reserve surrounded by her loving family.

She loved animals, fostering dogs and gardening. She enjoyed volunteering at St. James Lunch Program in Painesville.

Kathleen is the loving mother of Meghan (Robert Hickey) Biro; daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Pasek; step daughter of the late Frances Pasek; sister of Timothy (Rosemary) Pasek and Jerry (Marie) Grudzien; aunt of many and her loving dog Lola.

The Biro family will receive friends 2:00 – 5:30 PM Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby (which is located on the grounds of McMahon Coyne Vitantonio Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be held at 5:30 PM Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at The Abbey of Willoughby.

Donations can be made in Kathleen’s name to Cherished Cockers, 8216 Rushton Dr., Mentor OH 44060 or In lieu of flowers, please bring a planter so the loved ones can decorate their homes in remembrance of Kathy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Services.

    She was an absolutely amazing mother and woman! She used to always say I was her adopted daughter! You will be missed sooooo much! Love you mama! We will make sure to take care of Meghan!

  4. Meghan this is with my deepest sorrow and sympathy. Kathi was my first real friend at six years old. I will miss her so much! Love you Kathi and rest in peace my friend
