Kathleen C. Hayward (nee Guidos), age 77 of Eastlake, passed away July 11, 2018 at University Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 22, 1941 in Latrobe, PA to the late Bernard and Mary Ruth Guidos.

Kathy worked at Lake Health as a Registered Nurse for their hospitals and Home Care Division before retiring from Senior Independence Home Care in 2010.

She is the loving wife of the late Gerald T. Hayward; dearest mother of Michael Hayward, Karen (GianCarlo) Marcellino and Leanna (Mike) Hayward; beloved grandmother of Bianca, Carlo and Bella Marcellino, and Sophia West; sister of Carol (Rich) Tepley; Ruth (Bruce – deceased) Washington and the late Charles Guidos; aunt of many.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:30 PM Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, which is located on the grounds of Jeff Monreal Funeral Home. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 7:30 PM Tuesday at The Abbey.

  3. Truly sorry for everyone on your loss. She was a very sweet lady. I was so happy to get meet her. Sophia, loved her grammie always talked about her & having fun swimming in the pool. I keeping everyone on my prayer list & in healing. I can’t even imagine your pain. Just have to take one day at a time. Just know she’s in good hands with the big guy up there beautiful & in no pain dancing with her husband. Forever A Loving Friend LeAnna, & family. Lori Powers
