Kevin W. Nick, age 29 of Leroy Twp., passed away August 20th, 2022. He was born April 23rd, 1993 in Euclid.
Kevin started his working career at Lincoln Electric working his way up to foreman in the receiving department. He was currently employed at Rodewald Mfg. in Painesville.
Kevin loved riding his motorcycle especially doing wheelies, kayaking with his wife and dogs Cleo and Lucy. He enjoyed flying drones and spending time with his family and friends. He was passionate about playing in the ravine.
Kevin was the loving husband of Melanie Nick (nee Mansfield); dearest son of William and Pam (nee Sutch) Nick; cherished brother of Breanna (Danny) Hartsel and the late Malerie Nick; uncle of Carson and Logan Hartsel; son in law of Al “Buddy” and Dawn Mansfield; brother in law of Zachary and Branden Mansfield; best friend and cousin of Joe Sutch; grandson of Barbara “Geibe” Sutch and the late Robert “Poppa” Sutch; he also leaves many beloved family and friends.
The Nick family will receive friends from 12:00 – 3:00 PM Saturday, August 27th, 2022 at Pilgrim Lutheran Brethren Church, 9514 Johnnycake Ridge Rd., Mentor. Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 PM at the church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville.

I am so sorry for the families loss . Prayers for strength and comfort during this difficult time . We had many fun conversations at while working at lincoln electric and an occasional race home as we live close to each other and got of the same exit . Him in his little car me in my van . I never won he would always laugh and wave as he knew I could feel the defeat once again . He will be missed
