Marion Weedon (nee Judkins), age 99 of Painesville Twp., passed away January 31, 2023 at Vista Springs Quail Highlands in Concord. She was born February 17, 1923 in Painesville, Ohio to the late Ray and Gladys Judkins.
Marion worked at Diamond Shamrock in property management her entire career.
Marion was very active at First Church Congregational in Painesville. She enjoyed gardening until she lost her vision well into her 90’s. She was a lifelong Painesville resident who lived in the same loving home from birth until her passing.
Marion is the loving wife of the late Thomas Weedon; beloved step mother of Pat (Paul) Aquila and Jane (Wil Echanique) Weedon; step grandmother of Philip Aquila and Miriam Aquila; aunt of Debbie Smith, Bob (Gina-deceased) Smith and Gerry (Julie Johnson) Luse.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00 AM Thursday, February 9th, 2023 at First Church Congregational, 22 Liberty St., Painesville. A Memorial Service will follow at the church at 11:00 AM. Inurnment at Evergreen Cemetery in Painesville.
