Patrick F. Welsh, age 38, passed away October 15, 2016. He was born September 11, 1978 in Euclid and resided in Willoughby.
Pat graduated from St. Christine’s in Euclid. He was a deep thinker, highly intelligent, great dresser and very compassionate.
He is survived by his loving mother, Nancy Welsh (nee Fortenbaugh); father, John Welsh; brother, Colin Welsh; aunts and uncles, Donna (Larry) Lipfird, Roseanne Bryan, Richard Fortenbaugh, Ted (Stacy) Fortenbaugh, Katherine (Jeff) Cook, Charles Welsh, and Ellen Welsh; many cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Welsh; grandparents, Richard and Eleanor Fortenbaugh, and Hallie Welsh; uncle, Joe Welsh.
Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Funeral Mass 9:30 AM Wednesday at St. John Vianney, 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor.
Burial at All Souls Cemtery in Chardon Twp.

I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. He is with his Grandparents and brother who can take of him now. It is a great loss.
