Robert “Bob” Kaska, age 83 of Wickliffe for over 55 years, passed away May 17th, 2023 at West Medical Center in Willoughby surrounded by his family. He was born March 21st, 1940 in Cleveland to the late Ralph and Dorothy Kaska.

Bob retired from Mullinax Ford after 44 years of service.

Bob was a U.S. Army Veteran. A man who always put others before himself. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed being the photographer for the family get togethers and sporting events.

Bob was the loving husband for the past 57 years to Martha “Marty” Kaska (nee Blatnik); beloved father of Mike (Theresa) Kaska; dearest grandfather of Cameron, Jackson and Garrett Kaska; brother of Gail (Perry) Minnis and Rick (Harriet) Kaska; loved uncle of many.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Monday, May 22nd at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 29850 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.

  4. I am sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. We were best friends in our early teens in the old neighborhood in Cleveland. My wife Carol graduated from Ursuline H.S. with his sister Gail. My condolences to his family.
