Robert Dwayne Carmack, age 64 of Eastlake, passed away September 2nd, 2023. He was born January 5th, 1959 in Washington, DC.

Robert was a retired truck driver for USA Truck and a former offset printer for the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce and Fisher Scientific.

Bob is a member of Community of the Holy Spirit church in Willoughby, Ohio and the VFW in Eastlake, Ohio.

Bob is the loving son of the late Joseph and Mary Carmack; step-son of the late William Miller; beloved brother of Darla (Duane) Grant, Russell (Linda) Carmack, Michele Everett and the late Joanne Turner and Audrey (Rich) Gates; brother in law of Bob Turner; uncle to many nieces and nephews.

The Carmack family will receive friends from10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at Community of the Holy Spirit Church 36600 Stevens Blvd., Willoughby OH. A funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM at the church.

Bob will be buried at 11:00 AM, September 25th, 2023 at Church Hill Cemetery, 260 Churchill Road Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, 15145. Friends and Family will gather at 76 Harper Drive in Turtle Creek, Pa 15145 after the service to celebrate Bob’s life.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

    Bob had an amazing way about him. He Always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. He made everyone feel welcome to matter where they were from… Even if they were Browns fans.
    We will miss you Bob until we see you again.

    We loved Bob! He was such a kind man with open arms to receive us at Community of the Holy Spirit every visit we attended at his church over many years.   3. Bob was one-of-a-kind and loved by so many people. He touched a lot of lives throughout his time here in Eastlake Ohio. Thank you for allowing me to have the opportunity to minister to Bob and help him when he first came to Eastlake Ohio. May he rest in the arms of Jesus amen rest in peace, Bob.

    Though I met Bob thru Facebook while looking for cousins with a family name, and only had contact with him for a year, always looked forward to his comments and messages. I remember Joe & Mary when they visited the Kirkpatrick’s on Mercer St. God Bless Bob’s family and extended friends and bring gentle comfort. God is always with us.

  5. I’ll never forget Bob being so sweet, always ready to have a cheerful conversation. He showed me how to make the coffee back when I first stated coming to CHS. Rest in peace with our Lord and Savior Bob.
