Robert Eugene Dauenhauer, age 58 of Mentor, formerly of Eastlake, passed away December 9th, 2023 at his home. He was born May 11th, 1965 in Willoughby.

Bob was a retired Tool & Die Maker. He graduated from Willoughby South High School class of 1983.

Bob is the loving son of the late Eugene and Dorothy (nee Vaczi) Dauenhauer; beloved brother of Michael (Karen) Dauenhauer and Ronald (Nichole) Dauenhauer; dearest uncle of Gabriel, Zachary, and Wilhelm Dauenhauer.

All services were private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jeff Monreal Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

  2. I’m sad to hear of Bobs passing. I have a lot of awesome memories of us mountain biking and just hanging out. I don’t know if he was a happy soul in the last part of his life but I know he can now be at peace with his mom and dad. Rest in peace Bob

  4. You 3 brothers were awesome friends growing up. I always liked hanging out with you guys, his performance cars, martial arts, weight lifting, mountain biking, and lots of other fun. It was the good old days. I ask our mutual friends how you guys are doing, bob was my age and a school mate. GOD BLESS BOB

    Sincerest condolences to the Dauenhauer’s and family. Bob was always a kind and thoughtful man. Always a free soul he’s now in Gods kingdom. Rest in peace friend.

  6. Although I had not saw him since high school I have a lot of great memories from back in the day riding the trails at the end of South Lakeshore and just hanging out riding our bikes. Rest in peace
